I've just caught it on my R-120 antenna in Proszowice, małopolskie

it is not me ,but europe . uplink overspill from 3W, i read about it somewhere. thats why it is week

Hmm, I also think that it could be 3W because this transponder is also available in Lithuania. It's too far in the north from the "ending" of the ME beam to received on 120cm antenna.

It is probably the CEE Beam.

It is not in ME for sure since i have a lockable signal too, i guess it is low just because it is not supposed to be at 4W.

И у меня прописались два какнала но указаны как test1 "12 KANAL", test2 "ТВА"

ну так какая верная частоту, картежники, ЧЕГО МОЛЧИМ ???
